The NC Folic Acid Council has
over 600 members and meets via teleconference once a year.
We encourage anyone in North Carolina who wants to make
a difference in the fight against NTDs to become a member.

| As a member of the NC Folic Acid
Council, you will be expected to: |
- Keep contact information current
for the directory
- Participate in activities that promote
the Council's mission
- Participate in activities that evaluate
the components of the Council
- Attend one meeting per year

| In return, you will be able to: |
- Join any committee
- Designate a representative to participate
in meetings and vote on your behalf on any business
before the Council
- Participate in all Council activities
- Use the Council logo in accordance
with stipulations in the Partnership Agreement and
with consent of the Executive Committee
- Speak and/or advocate on behalf
of the Council with the consent of the Executive
Committee
